Asia Tour Packages & Incentive: we offer City Sightseeing Tours of 2 to 9 hours duration & extended tours ranging from 2 days to 12 days for major destinations in Bali, Indonesia and all Asia Destination. Airport transfers by private cars or coaches in major cities in Indonesia and another extension of the services department in our company. We also offer adventure, cruises or live aboard dive, surfing at select destinations in Indonesia and all Asia country

International and Domestic Ticketing, National and Worldwide Airlines ticket with the best rates serve with online reservation. We offer instant confirmation reservation with our solid network within airlines reservation system.

Maximum details are required in order to fulfill reservations efficiently. Arrival and departure dates, Flight details, Number of participants involved and notification if alternate hotels are acceptable will help us to handle your inquiry smoothly.

Confirmation :

The confirmation will be sent as required by clients – electronic mail (e-mail). The communication expenses have been included in the rates / prices offered.

Change of Booking :

A one night cancellation fee will be charged for any change of booking after a confirmations has been issued. Acceptance of any change is subject to availability of the accommodation booked.

Cancellations :

Cancellation’s charges are not levied by “ Asian Smile Holiday ” hotels, carriers, restaurants, contractors, etc, do charge fees depending on circumstances. If charged, these will be debited to the agents.

Payment :

Normal procedure is for full prepayment by bank draft, bank-certified check, bank order or credit card, which is required Two Weeks before commencement of service. Any other payment preference will be subject to negotiation. Payment by credit card is subject to 5% surcharge for bank commission. Credit card authorization, back + front copy of credit card and valid passport copy is needed as your agreement to us to authorize to charge your credit card. Payment by bank draft or certified check is subject to additional bank charges.

Rates :

All prices are quoted net in US Dollars (US$) including 10%VAT, air conditioned vehicles, except in areas indicated, qualified multi-lingual guide to assist your clients and admission fees are included in the transfer rates.

Insurance :

Asian Smile Holiday has limited liability insurance coverage.

Liability :

Although no effort will be spared to provide the requested services, Asian Smile Holiday acts only as Agent for transportation companies, hotels, carrier operator and all other contractors and will be therefore reserve the right to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, change of schedules or other irregularities cause or arising from circumstances beyond our control. Bali Pleasure Island also reserves the rights to change the itinerary with or without prior notice if found in the best interest of all concerned. Participants in our tours imply the tourist agreement to the above conditions.
